1. Introduction
1.1. This Terms of Service (“Agreement” or “Terms”) constitutes a binding legal agreement between the user (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) and ScriptsHosting (“ScriptsHosting,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), governing the use of all services, websites, and platforms offered by ScriptsHosting.
1.2. By accessing, registering, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.
1.3. You affirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Services
2.1. ScriptsHosting is a UK-based digital infrastructure provider offering hosting services including:
• Dedicated game server hosting (FiveM, Minecraft, Rust, Conan Exiles)
• Server configuration tools and console access
• Storage and bandwidth allocations
• Secure hosted environment access
• Client portal for management and support
2.2. All services are virtual and depend on system availability.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse or illegal activity.
3 & 7. Automated Billing & Payments
3.1. Subscribing authorizes automated billing (monthly, quarterly, annually).
3.2. Billing continues until cancelled in the Client Portal.
3.3. Failed payments: 24h grace → suspension → termination after 3 days.
3.4. Clients are responsible for charges until confirmed cancellation.
7.1. All fees must be paid in advance unless agreed.
7.2. Accepted: Cards, PayPal, or other methods in the Client Area.
7.4. Non-payment: reminders → suspension (24h) → termination (3 days). Data deletion is irreversible.
7.5. We may impose late fees or deny future service for repeated non-payment.
7.6. Invoice payments are processed 5 days before the end of the service period. Early payment does not result in any loss of service days.
4 & 6. Privacy & Data Collection
4.1. ScriptsHosting is GDPR-compliant.
4.2. Policies outline data collected (email, IP, payment data), usage, security, and user rights.
4.3. Third-party processors must meet equivalent standards.
6.1. Data is collected to deliver services, communicate updates, comply with regulations, and ensure security.
6.2. Includes: name, contact details, IP/session data, payment identifiers, support logs.
6.3. Stored securely with encryption and firewalls.
6.4. Clients may request a copy or deletion of data within legal constraints.
5. Account Management
5.1. Clients register via Client Area and receive a secure dashboard.
5.2. Client Area allows service management, support tickets, billing access, personal info updates, and configurations.
5.3. Clients are responsible for account credentials.
5.4. ScriptsHosting is not liable for losses due to user negligence.
8. Refund Policy
8.1. Refunds only if:
• Requested within 2 days of payment
• Verified technical failure occurred
• Support ticket was submitted first
8.2. No refunds if service was used successfully, cancellation after window, or no support attempt.
8.3. Processed to original payment method in 5–7 business days.
8.4. Not applicable for add-ons, upgrades, or promotions.
9. Support & Contact
9.1. Support via Client Area ticket system.
9.2. Hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 GMT. Emergency weekend support best-effort.
9.3. Inquiries may be sent to support@scriptshosting.com, but urgent issues require portal submission.
10. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
10.1. Users must ensure all activity is lawful.
10.2. Prohibited conduct:
• Hosting/distributing illegal content
• Launching DDoS attacks
• Mining cryptocurrency without consent
• Sending spam or unsolicited emails
• Attempting to hack or disrupt systems
10.3. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
11. Free Trial Policy
11.1. 2-day free trial may be offered for game servers.
11.2. Eligibility:
• One trial per game title per user/IP/household
• Anti-abuse measures in place
11.3. Data Deletion:
• All trial data removed after trial
• No backups maintained
• Users accept irreversible data loss
11.4. Trial limitations: may have reduced performance/functionality
11.5. Conversion to paid plan allowed at any time; data may be retained at our discretion
11.6. ScriptsHosting may modify or discontinue trial anytime without notice.
12. Changes to the Terms
12.1. We may update these Terms. Notifications via email, banners, or website updates.
12.2. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
13. Service-Level Agreement (SLA)
13.1. 99% uptime guarantee monthly.
13.2. Response times:
• Discord: 15–30 mins during support hours
• Ticketing: 30–45 mins during support hours
13.3. Standard support 09:00–21:00 UK time
13.4. Excludes planned maintenance, force majeure, third-party failures, and user errors
13.5. Service credits may be requested at our discretion if SLA not met
14. DDoS Attacks & Blacklisting
14.1. Any participation in DDoS attacks is a severe breach.
14.2. Includes attacks on ScriptsHosting or third parties
14.3. Violations result in permanent blacklisting with no refund or appeal
14.4. We may report incidents to law enforcement and upstream providers
15. Cancellations with Outstanding Invoices
15.1. Cancellation requests do not exempt from unpaid invoices.
15.2. Outstanding invoices:
• Service not cancelled until balance paid
• Billing/late fees continue until cleared
• Non-payment may result in suspension, termination, or blacklisting
15.3. Clients must ensure invoices are paid and cancellation acknowledged
15.4. Attempts to cancel without resolving invoices may lead to collections or denial of future services
15.5. Dedicated Server cancellations: Clients must submit a cancellation request at least 5 days before their next billing date for their Dedicated Server. Any payments processed without a cancellation submitted within this period are non-refundable.
